Join Brain Robinson from Ballindalloch Distillery for a Seasonal Food and Whisky Pairing. During the lunch session Brian will guide you through the tastes of the season and bring together new flavour combinations with a range of Malt Whiskies including Knockando 12 Year Old, 1986 Cragganmore Private Cask, and Balvenie 12 Year Old Doublewood. Tickets are £19.50, with all proceeds going to the restoration of the second Dobcross Loom!

 Brian's current role is Distillery Host at Ballindalloch Distillery, responsible for taking care of guests and promoting the distillery. Before he joined the Estate in April last year, Brain ran the front of house operations at Glenfiddich Distillery for 8 years with two years before that at The Glenlivet. Brian believes he has 'been fortunate enough to make a career in the whisky industry following a love and fascination going back over 20 years.'
