Our spectacular lily, Cardiocrinum giganteum, the Great Yunnan Lily, is flowering at last.

This 2m monster is native to the Himalayas, parts of China and Myanmar.

The plant dies after flowering but produces tiny offset bulbs which will be transplanted and hopefully flower after 3-5 years. It will be worth the wait!
