Like many businesses operating in the tourism industry, the 2020 season has been a challenge and we are extremely grateful for the continued support from our suppliers, visitors and customers.
As a result of the current climate and prohibitive costs associated with reopening Knockando as a visitor destination to the public, we will be opening the Mill on reduced hours from Monday 3 August.
Our grounds and historic buildings will open from 10:00 to 12:00, Monday to Friday. Access to the shop will also be available. However, our café and lavatory facilities will remain closed.
We are excited to welcome you back. Over the last few months, life at the Mill has been busy with the launch of our first ever Extra-Fine Merino Wool Joy collection. This collection is inspired by the Mill's beautiful site and surroundings with scarves and bed throws available in a range of cheerful colours. Luxuriously soft and adapts naturally to the temperature variations of our weather. Extremely versatile, these woven pieces offer the perfect accessory that can be worn from day to night, all year round.
In March, we were thrilled to secure a prestigious retail listing with leading homeware and lifestyle boutique Pad Lifestyle, available exclusively at Harvey Nichols stores in both Edinburgh and Knightsbridge.
